- Could not confirm complaint of smelling exhaust in the cab, visually inspected over exhaust and found no obvious faults. However manifolds, cross over tubes and turbo exit are all under the lower intake plenum, Would need to remove lower intake plenum to properly inspect. Confirmed complaint of coolant smell and leak. Inspected over cooling system and found, -Molded hose end at coolant reservoir is leaking.
- Disconnected upper charge air cooler tube from intercooler. Removed hose end from reservoir and drained the reservoir. Removed opposite hose end and installed new hose with new hose clamp. Filled cooling system and bled, confirmed no coolant leaks are present.
