Let vehicle reach operating temperature and confirmed complaint. Checked inlet and outlet temperatures of the heater core and found both are hot. Removed glove box and inspected over temperature blend door actuator and found no obvious faults. Changed temperature and found the blend door actuator does not operate. Removed actuator and manually moved blend door and found blend door operates and heat works. Checked for power and ground at blend door actuator and found both are present. This indicates the blend door actuator is at fault. Notified customer and they approved repair. Installed new actuator and performed relearn, confirmed proper operation of the heat and the blend door actuator.

Drained engine oil, removed turbo heat shield and removed turbo coolant feed line. Removed ignition coils and removed engine vacuum pump. Removed all valve cover retaining bolts and removed valve cover. Removed serpentine belt, tensioner and harmonic balancer pulley. Supported engine with jack and removed front engine mount. Removed all front timing cover retaining bolts and removed front cover, cleaned all sealing surfaces and re installed front cover with RTV. Assembled all previously removed parts in reverse order, filled engine with oil and topped off cooling system. Cleaned oil residue and test drove, checked for oil leaks and found no leaks are present at this time.
Changed oil and filter. Inspected engine air filter and cabin air filter and found both are very clean.
Performed rotation, inspected over vehicle and found no faults.
TIRE PROTECTION
Test drove and could not confirm complaint, brought into shop and inspected over steering and suspension and found no faults.
Confirmed complaint of an oil leak, inspected over vehicle an found. -Leak is coming from front timing cover and draining down to the oil pan gaskets.
