Test drove and confirmed complaint, monitored live data during test drive and found a misfire on cylinder 3. Brought into shop and removed intake, removed cylinder 3 coil and inspected. Found no obvious faults, removed plug and found the plug ceramic is cracked. Inspected all other plugs and found only cylinder 3 is cracked. Replaced the one plug and test drove again. Found misfires on all cylinders but cylinder 3. Removed all plugs and found cylinder 5 is cracked as well. None of the other plugs have visual faults. Replaced 5 remaining plugs. Test drove and confirmed no misfires are present.
